Our organization was formed by a strong inspiration & motivation to build something unique, path breaking and different. It was also formed to challenge corporate perception that Business leaders are made of a different steel and grit. We proudly call ourselves “Catalyst”(accelerators)
We are a team of functional professional taking on situational leadership; each Catalyst takes a leadership role and leads projects based on specialization. This approach helps rotate leadership & individual leading orientations within the organization.
The organization is founded by Mr. Shailendra Dave, BSc with Chemistry, & Masters in Human Resources Development Management (MHRDM) & Diplomas in Labour laws, Personnel management & Training & Development from ISTD & has done the Senior Management Program (SMP) from IIM – C, Kolkata.
With over 20 years plus of corporate experience in Business Operations, Human Resources Management, and Industrial Relations and with companies in business sectors of Education, Metallurgy, Retail, ITES, SCM & Logistics, & worked with organizations of repute like KKCL, Welspun Group, Future Group, MT Educare Ltd etc.
